SHOPPING AT KROGER SAVES IN MULTIPLE WAYS…

Both CHS and Kroger are great at savings. In 2024 CHS saved over 1,300 animals. Thanks to you, shopping at Kroger and designating your Community Rewards Program to CHS #58272.

Here’s how to save in multiple ways:

  1. Register your card with The Kroger Community Rewards Program. Or obtain a Kroger Plus card at the Kroger Customer Service Counter.
  2. Register online at krogercommunityrewards.com
  3. Have your Kroger Plus card handy.
  4. Click on “Sign In/Register.” If you have not already registered, then click on “Sign Up Today” in the “New Customer” box (if you have already registered your card then skip to step 8.
  5. Enter zip code
  6. Click on favorite store, enter your email address, create password. Remember to agree to “Terms and Conditions.”
  7. You will receive a message to check your email inbox, then click on the link in the body of the email. Click on “My Account” and use your emails address and password to proceed to next step.
  8. Click on the “Edit Kroger Community Rewards” information and input your Kroger plus card number.
  9. Update and confirm your information.
  10. Enter Nonprofit Organization Number (NPO) #58272. Or, select from list.
  11. To verify you correctly enrolled, you will see CHS’s name on the right side of your information page.

You can use your phone number at the register. Call 800-576-4377 and select option 4 to hear your Kroger Plus card number.
